About Amtivo
Amtivo Group is a private-equity-backed, fast-growing organisation helping businesses achieve sustainable success through certification, training, and technology. We operate internationally, supporting thousands of clients to reach and maintain the highest standards of governance and performance.
We’re now seeking an Executive Business Partner to work closely with our CEO and CFO – someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings order to complexity, and ensures the leadership team can operate at pace and with impact.
The Role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of Amtivo’s leadership structure. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll combine strategic awareness with operational excellence – balancing governance support, executive coordination, and high-level administration with proactive problem-solving.
It’s a hands-on, high-trust position that requires judgment, discretion, and an ability to anticipate needs before they arise. From complex diary management to handling confidential communications, you’ll ensure the CEO and CFO are fully supported and able to focus on driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise complex diaries for the CEO and CFO, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly.
- Coordinate national and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Proactively manage emails and correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the CEO and CFO’s offices.
- Coordinate Board, leadership, and investor meetings – including materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Support governance processes, driving rhythm, structure, and accountability across the organisation.
- Prepare professional Board and executive documents that enable effective decision-making.
- Plan and deliver senior leadership events, such as fireside chats, roundtables, and offsites.
- Handle confidential correspondence and information with absolute discretion.
- Ensure consistent coverage and coordination Monday to Friday, with flexibility around business needs.
About You
You’re highly organised, commercially astute, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You understand how leaders operate and know how to keep the business engine running smoothly.
You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (ideally in a private-equity-backed or high-growth organisation).
- Exceptional diary management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing travel arrangements and high volumes of correspondence.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and stakeholder management ability.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and resilience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Board reporting tools.
Working Pattern & Flexibility
Hybrid: two days per week in either our Kent or London office.
While full-time is preferred, we will consider part-time hours for the right candidate, provided coverage is maintained Monday through Friday.
Why Join Amtivo
- Shape the leadership rhythm of a growing international business.
- Work closely with senior leaders and investors in a role that makes a tangible difference.
- Competitive salary, performance-related bonus, and benefits package.
- Collaborative, purpose-driven culture with flexibility and autonomy.
