We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to support our Financial Controller in managing the company’s financial operations. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, contributing to the company’s overall success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices for audit-related activities and foreign affiliates.
  • Process daily client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with audit invoicing, including necessary revisions.
  • Perform journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
  • Support client onboarding and vendor form processing.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, aligned with experience and expertise.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a minimum of three years of accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
