Job Purpose:

To deliver the new Certification sales and cross-sales targets of other BAB products/services.

Accountabilities:

Selling

  • Dealing with new enquires, providing clear, relevant and accurate information
  • Following-up of both new and existing client quotations
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products within the company portfolio
  • Carrying out regular follow-ups with existing client accounts to maintain relationships
  • Leveraging opportunities with existing clients through ongoing relationship management
  • Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timescales.

Supporting

  • Liaising with Client Service and Field Audit teams in order to deal with general client enquiries
  • Contributing to improvements in the client experience and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates across the team – working with the Sales & Marketing Director to deliver upon these.

Administrative

  • Ensuring client records are maintained, using agreed system and procedures, including ‘Activities’

Success criteria:

  • Achieving the monthly, annual and rolling quarterly targeted level of new Certification sales and cross-sales of other BAB products/services.

Context:

The Certification Adviser is responsible for ensuring that the new Certification sales and cross-sales targets are met.
