Job Purpose:
To support the group marketing function in:
- Building and maintaining visibility for our various brands via social media-based activities.
- Creating engaging posts that leverage group content and assets.
- Managing audience engagement through social media channels.
Accountabilities:
Creating
- Creating and managing high quality posts for various social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Google My Business, YouTube and other channels, as appropriate.
- Content creation includes written, visual and audiovisual formats, which must be delivered to a high standard to reflect our high-quality offerings to customers and authority within the certification and related industries.
- Ensuring all new content is consistent with brand guidelines and created to a high quality (supported by the Group Creative and Content Manager).
- Supporting the Group Creative and Content Manager in delivering the Group Marketing Strategy and new initiatives and/or projects, as and when required.
Communicating
- Engaging with relevant content and responding to social media-based communications, as appropriate; engaging with other Group teams, as appropriate, to ensure responses are both timely and accurate.
Monitoring
- Continuously monitor social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and benchmark competitor social media channels and activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends, channel changes, new channels and best practices; feeding back insights and making recommendations for changes to the Group Creative and Content Manager.
Collaborating
- Working with third-party agencies to create content and deliver agreed activities, as appropriate.
- Liaising with other Group teams to plan, create and implement new content.
Success criteria:
- Supporting the Group Marketing function in achieving its required lead generation volumes and sales opportunities.
- Ensuring the agreed deliverables (number and schedule of posts) are delivered on time and to the highest standards of accuracy.
- Sharing engaging content that positions Amtivo and its brands as experts in ISO certification and related services.
- Increasing followers and engagement KPIs.
Context:
The Social Media Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Creative and Content Manager to generate ideas, develop a content plan and seek to achieve agreed outcomes/KPIs across the Group’s many social media channels.
To achieve this, the Social Media Coordinator must remain up to date on changes within the various platforms, understand best practices, and constantly look for ways to stand out from the crowd by becoming the Group expert on social media.

Required skills and experience:
- Experience in social media management, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Google My Business.
- Knowledge of social media techniques and best practices, generating engagement with target audiences.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Creativity and design sense.
- Experience in high-consideration products.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- An ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent and meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and ability to use data and results to improve social media strategies.
- Fluent in English.
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates with any/all of the following skills and experience will have an advantage:
- Experience using Adobe Suite to produce high-quality visual content.
- Experience using software for design and video creation, from concept to creation.
- Experience managing business YouTube accounts.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Experience using Hubspot to manage and report on social media activities.
