Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Training Coordinator to support our training teams in managing administrative and customer service needs. You will play a vital role in delivering training materials and ensuring our clients can effectively navigate their online training systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through client assessments and feedback, and communicate areas for improvement to the Sales Operations Manager.
- Plan and prioritize daily activities to meet client and business expectations while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Delivering:
- Provide guidance and support during the training process, ensuring exceptional service for our clients in line with SLAs.
- Assist with the effective onboarding of new customers.
- Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly, in alignment with business SLAs.
Reporting:
- Conduct research to remain updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Resourcing:
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual training sessions, liaising with key stakeholders to meet business and client needs efficiently.
Success Criteria:
- Manage the customer success process for our online training solutions, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
- Provide accurate and timely content and certificates in line with business KPIs.
- Collect and communicate feedback on courses to enhance value and identify improvement opportunities.
- Schedule and manage the booking process, enabling Training Leads to maximize their effectiveness.
