Job Title: Revenue Analyst
Location: Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent.
Working arrangement: Hybrid, Full time, Permanent
Pattern: Monday to Friday (3 days in the office)

Job Summary:
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on company revenue, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. They are responsible for revenue control across the UK group. The Revenue Analyst works closely with finance, FP&A, sales, and marketing teams to optimize revenue generation and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular revenue reports.
- Analysis revenue data daily, weekly and monthly.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Review of annual and forecast budgets, ensuring revenue targets align with business goals.
Revenue Optimisation:
- Provide recommendations to management on ways to improve revenue automation for a best in class approach to revenue recognition.
Data Management & Accuracy:
- Understanding and managing the data flow in relation to UK revenues.
- Maintain accurate records of all revenue-related transactions and reports.
- Ensure the proper categorization of revenue and expenses in the financial system.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with FP&A, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand revenue drivers and market trends.
- Provide revenue data and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Trend and Market Analysis:
- Perform competitive and market analysis to evaluate industry revenue benchmarks.
- Identify trends and external factors impacting revenue performance, such as economic shifts or customer behaviour changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications may be preferred).
Experience:
- Proven experience in a revenue management, finance, or analytical role (typically 2-3 years).
- Experience with financial forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to accuracy and detail in data management and financial reporting.
Salary and Package:
- £35,000 (Negotiable & dependant on experience)
