We are highly respected worldwide for our certification expertise, for our innovative approach to providing services and for the success we bring to our clients.<\/p>\r\n<p>The company currently performs thousands of assessments internationally on an annual basis. Clients range from micro-enterprise to multinationals and include Government Departments, State Bodies and private organisations.<\/p>\r\n<p>Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Quality, Environmental and Health &amp; Safety (QEHS) professional with a background in working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Responsibilities and Duties<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide independent, objective assessments and evaluate whether client\u2019s management systems comply with ISO Standards and provide detailed assessment reports following each client audits.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>While on audits; assess client controls, identify control weaknesses and areas for process improvements.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Develop high quality reports within the specified SLA, that add value to the clients\u2019 time management system while ensuring that the correct action plans are implemented accordingly.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Follow up on clients\u2019 technical requests in a timely manner.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Be responsible for diary management and administration duties associated with the role.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Liaise with all clients\u2019 staff and senior management in a professional and courteous manner at all times.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Work closely with Amtivo\u2019s direct manager as well as other team members, as well as maintaining and improving personal competencies across various industry sectors.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Essential Experience<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>A third level qualification is required, (desirable in at least two of the following: Quality, Environmental and Health &amp; Safety Management) with a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a QEHS role in industry.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Ideally, the candidate will have worked in one or more of the following industries, Food and Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Experience is also required in management systems design\/implementation and maintenance (to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001\/OHSAS 18001)<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The preferred candidate will have auditing experience and will be a member of a professional body (IRCA, CQI, IOSH).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>A flexible approach and ability to have a global mindset.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ireland, the UK and overseas.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>A full clean drivers\u2019 licence.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>A sound understanding of the challenges\/opportunities of working in a professional services environment (consultant or managed services experience would be an advantage).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Attention to detail in all aspects of the role, with a key focus on report writing.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to self-manage your time, workload, communications and scheduling.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Good organisational and planning skills.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to deal with confrontation in a calm and measured way.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>If this sound like the job for you and you\u2019re interested in a confidential conversation, please email your CV to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@amtivo.com\">recruitment@amtivo.com<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Please let us know in your application if you have any accessibility requirements during the interview.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><em>At Amtivo, \u00a0we are dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where authenticity thrives.
