Amtivo Group<\/a>, a global leader in certification and business assurance services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of EuCI European Certification Institute Ltd<\/a> (\u201cEuCI\u201d), a highly respected certification body based in Malta and serving primarily the Italian and Maltese markets. This strategic acquisition, completed on 28 February 2025, further enhances Amtivo\u2019s capabilities and presence across Europe.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

EuCI has built a strong reputation for delivering client-focused certification services, particularly to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With over 2,500 active certifications across various sectors and standards and Greek (ESYD) accreditation for core standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001, EuCI is a natural fit within Amtivo\u2019s growing international portfolio.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
