The report confirms that men and women at British Assessment Bureau are paid equally for the same roles; however, a gender pay gap exists due to the current structure of our workforce, with more women represented in lower-paid roles and more men in senior and higher-paid positions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This year&#8217;s results show a mean hourly pay gap of 18% and a median gap of 8%, alongside bonus and benefit differences driven by differences in role distribution, rather than unequal pay.
