Maintaining our certification supports our commitment to delivering on our primary business goal of being recognised as the most customer focused Certification Body in our industry.<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What is customer service excellence?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Developed originally for public sector bodies, British Assessment Bureau was one of the first few commercial organisations to implement the customer service standard.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The intention of the Customer Service Excellence standard is to drive continuous improvement and act as a tool for development. British Assessment Bureau are assessed in great depth against a number of criteria that research has indicated are a priority for customers:<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n\t<li>Culture of the organisation;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Customer insight;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Access to information;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Delivery of service;<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Timeliness and quality of the service.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How did we do?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As well as meeting the requirements of the standard, British Assessment Bureau also achieved seven \u2018Compliance Plus\u2019 within certain criteria. The key strengths reported were the successful embedment of our company values \u2013 British Assessment Bureau Way, and continued excellence in the assessment and reporting of our customer\u2019s satisfaction. British Assessment Bureau have also shown a proven increase in customer satisfaction ratings and <a href=\"http:\/\/ww2.feefo.com\/en-gb\/reviews\/the-british-assessment-bureau#?timeFrame=ALL&amp;sort=newest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recommendation rating submitted via Feefo<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neil Potentier, the Customer Service Excellence Auditor commented;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><em>\u201cBritish Assessment Bureau are to be commended for the strength of their submission and their appetite for continuous improvement using the CSE standard as a key driver.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continued certification to the Customer Service Excellence Standard is another accolade following British Assessment Bureau\u2019s <a href=\"\/uk\/resources\/news\/bab-achieves-gold-trusted-merchant-accreditation-for-2016\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recent achievement of the Feefo Gold Merchant award<\/a> \u2013 also for the third year running.<\/p>\r\n<p>Find out more about our <a href=\"\/uk\/certification\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Certification Services<\/a> and <a href=\"\/uk\/training\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Training Services<\/a>.
