If you’re using your ISO certification to promote your business \u2013 on your website, in emails, within brochures or on packaging \u2013 it\u2019s important to follow a few key rules. <\/em><\/p>\r\n

These rules help to make sure you’re promoting your certification(s) in the correct way and avoid any misunderstandings.<\/p>\r\n

\"Tick\"What You Can Say or Do<\/h2>\r\n

You are certified, not accredited<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n

Your organisation is certified to an ISO standard by an accredited certification body. Only certification bodies like British Assessment Bureau are accredited.<\/p>\r\n

When referencing British Assessment Bureau alongside your certification badge<\/h4>\r\n

You can say:<\/p>\r\n

\u201c<COMPANY NAME> is ISO <STANDARD>-certified by British Assessment Bureau, a UKAS-accredited certification body.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

When referencing British Assessment Bureau without a certification badge<\/h4>\r\n

Include a link to our website<\/h4>\r\n

\"Cross\" What You Shouldn’t Say or Do<\/h2>\r\n

Do not say you\u2019re approved or endorsed by British Assessment Bureau or UKAS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n

Your certification does not mean you are approved or endorsed by British Assessment Bureau or the UKAS accreditation body.<\/p>\r\n

Do not use certification to endorse products<\/h4>\r\n
