Cristine has spent more than 20 years in the certification industry, and she brings a deep understanding of how certification bodies work, day to day.<\/p>\r\n<p>Before joining us, Cristine built a long career at NQA, gaining hands-on experience across operational and technical functions on her way to becoming Operations Director. Most recently, she managed the journey of existing clients from renewals and service growth through to certificate issuance. That gave her first-hand knowledge of what makes certification work well for clients and auditors alike.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Randy Daugharthy<\/strong>, President of Amtivo in the US, said: <em>&#8220;Cristine brings significant certification industry experience and a valuable understanding of how the different parts of a certification body need to work together effectively. Her appointment will support our continued focus on technical excellence, operational efficiency and the development of our auditor community as we grow. We&#8217;re delighted to welcome her to Amtivo.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Cristine now leads our US technical team, working side by side with our program managers, auditors and compliance team. She&#8217;ll focus on auditor service delivery and operational compliance, making sure we keep meeting our business goals while staying in line with accreditation requirements. She&#8217;ll also support the development and mentoring of our auditor community and look for ways to simplify processes and build operations that can grow with us.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Cristine Marion<\/strong>, Director of Technical Operations, said: <em>&#8220;Having worked across so many different areas of a certification body, I&#8217;ve seen how closely technical compliance, operational efficiency, auditor experience and client service are connected.
