It operates via a range of strategically important brands, including <a href=\"https:\/\/amtivo.com\/uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">British Assessment Bureau<\/a> in the UK, <a href=\"https:\/\/amtivo.com\/ie\/\">Amtivo<\/a> in Ireland (formerly Certification Europe and EQA) and <a href=\"https:\/\/amtivo.com\/news\/amtivo-agrees-deal-with-emb-group-to-acquire-two-strategically-important-brands\/\" rel=\"noopener\">ACM<\/a> in the Far East.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>President of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crunchbase.com\/organization\/orion-registrar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orion<\/a>, Paul Burck said \u201cIn selecting Amtivo Group I was able to fulfil all of my key ambitions for the future of the business and protecting the interests of our clients, staff and auditors. Crucially, Amtivo has a key strategic aim to expand into the US and will therefore be investing to grow the business further, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. It plans to do that while retaining all of the existing team and ensuring that Orion\u2019s high standards and excellent service are maintained.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cAmtivo Group also provides Orion with an immediate growth opportunity to export its ANAB ISO and AA standards through its extensive network across more than 20 countries, primarily across Asia.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Paul concluded \u201cHaving met with the leadership team and investigated their ways of working I am confident that Orion\u2019s clients will not only be in safe hands, but will be able to benefit from a range of additional products and services that can enhance their business.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>In the next few months Orion\u2019s clients and partners can expect to receive further updates from the Amtivo team, explaining what will happen, what the sale means for them and the timescales for any changes to be made.
