Location: Remote – Twice Per Month in either London or Kings Hill West Malling
Day Rate: £350 – £400/day DOE – Outside IR35
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our Head of Programmes and Marketing Team, ensuring our rebranding effort is not only seamless but also reflective of our commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation.
About the Role:
As Junior Project Manager, you’ll help shape and steer this exciting project by managing timelines, monitoring progress, and fostering collaboration across teams. Your role will be vital in ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with Amtivo’s objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, keeping everything aligned with key programme milestones.
- Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure smooth progress and on-time delivery.
Project Execution
- Track project progress, update stakeholders, and ensure deliverables stay on course.
- Identify potential risks early, escalating issues to minimise disruptions.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to keep everyone aligned with project goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports and action plans.
- Act as the central point of contact, fostering collaboration and addressing queries promptly.
About You:
You’re an organised, detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude and the confidence to engage with teams across the business. While experience in the certification market isn’t necessary, a passion for delivering results is essential.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
