In February 2025, Amtivo Group, a global leader in certification and business assurance services, completed the acquisition of EuCI European Certification Institute Ltd (“EuCI”), a respected certification body headquartered in Malta and primarily serving the Italian and Maltese markets.
The acquisition marked an important milestone in Amtivo’s international growth strategy, strengthening the Group’s presence across Southern Europe and expanding its ability to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with high-quality certification services.
Founded in 2011, EuCI established a strong reputation for delivering client-focused certification services, with a particular focus on supporting SMEs.
The integration brought together EuCI’s local market knowledge, technical expertise and established customer relationships with Amtivo’s global resources, broader service capabilities and international reach. EuCI’s experienced team joined Amtivo, ensuring continuity for clients while contributing to the ongoing development of services throughout the region.
Today, the expertise and customer-focused approach that defined EuCI continue as part of Amtivo Southern Europe, combining deep regional understanding with the support and resources of a global certification group.
