What are the additional certification services available?
Bringing EuCI into Amtivo allows EuCI clients access to a broader range of certifications. Please see all certification services available to you through Amtivo, at this page.
Who will be issuing my certificate?
Your Amtivo-branded certificate will be issued by Amtivo Southern Europe Limited, registered in Malta at 2nd Floor Tower Business Centre Tower Street, Swatar, BKR 4013.

What will happen to my existing EuCI-branded certificate(s)?
Certificates issued under the name EuCI European Certification Institute Ltd shall remain valid until their natural expiry date, without requiring immediate replacement, unless a specific request is made by the client or a certificate amendment becomes necessary prior to that date.
When will I receive my Amtivo-branded certificate?
You will receive your Amtivo-branded eCertificate at the time of recertification, if a certificate amendment is required before recertification, or upon your specific request. Until you receive your updated certificate, your current EuCi-branded certificate remains fully valid.
Will the dates of my certificate change as part of this rebrand?
The start date and expiry date of your certificate will not change. Your certificate will have a revised issue date; this will not affect the duration or validity of your certification.
How can I get a new Amtivo-branded digital certification badge to display our certification(s) on our website?
We will share a link to download your new Amtivo-branded badge alongside your updated certificate.
How long do I have to update all digital and printed materials?
You will need to update the certification badge(s) to the new Amtivo branding across all your digital and printed materials, including your website, business cards, stationery, etc., within two months of receiving the new badge(s).
Will my auditor stay the same?
We will try to assign you the same auditor you have previously worked with. However, this will depend on certification rules and the availability of auditors.
Will my existing contract rates and auditor fees stay the same?
There will be no impact on your contracted rates and auditor fees.
Will the rebranding to Amtivo affect our current audit schedule?
The rebrand will not affect your current planned audit schedule.
Will bank details change?
Yes, we will notify you directly of the changes to our bank account details and provide clear guidance on any actions required.
Will any other company information change, such as company number, registered address, etc?
Yes. Your certification will be managed by Amtivo Southern Europe Limited, registered in Malta at 2nd Floor Tower Business Centre Tower Street, Swatar, BKR 4013.
How will this impact any contracts I have with EuCI?
EuCI has rebranded as Amtivo Southern Europe Limited, part of Amtivo Group. All existing contracts will continue and will be legally binding with Amtivo Southern Europe; therefore, they do not require reissuance. You will receive a new contract featuring the Amtivo brand when your contract is renewed.
