  • Plan audit – Contact us to arrange an audit, ensuring staff and preparations are ready.
  • On-site audit – The audit will involve observing procedures, reviewing documentation and interviewing staff.
  • Non-conformities – Address any non-conformities with corrective actions within 28 days.
  • Certification – We will review non-conformities, finalise the audit report and issue a certificate within 42 days if successful.
