The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Governance Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role at the heart of our Governance function, supporting the systems, processes and documentation that underpin our global operations.
You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our management systems remain robust, compliant and effective—helping us stay ahead of regulatory requirements while continuously improving how we work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating our business witness assessment programme, ensuring smooth delivery and supporting regulatory submissions
- Managing non-conformances and corrective actions, working with teams across the business to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Overseeing document control processes, keeping information accurate, up to date and clearly communicated
- Supporting the development and maintenance of policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business changes
- Producing governance and compliance reports, providing valuable insight to support decision-making
- Assisting with governance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting preparation for regulatory audits and annual visits

- High-quality governance materials support teams and auditors effectively
- Regulatory requirements are met with confidence and consistency
- Communication around compliance changes is clear and well-received across the business
