About the Role:

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for delivering high-quality support? Amtivo is looking for a Auditor Development Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of competence management tasks and operational compliance support. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining Amtivo’s reputation for excellence in certification services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Communication:

  • Develop and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and clarity in process delivery.

Delivery & Client Support:

  • Act as a key contact for client and internal queries via phone and email.
  • Resolve queries efficiently and in line with business KPIs and service standards.
  • Support the Operational Delivery teams to keep processes streamlined and effective.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare reports and performance data as directed by the Auditor Development Team Manager.
  • Provide insights that support the continuous improvement of our competence management processes.
