Amtivo Europe is seeking a Technical Certification Administrator to join our Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with a technical background to support accredited certification activities across Italy and Southern Europe.
Working closely with the Compliance Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring certification processes are administered accurately and efficiently, supporting contract reviews, audit report processing, certification decisions, compliance documentation, and accreditation-related activities.
Fluency in Italian language, both written and spoken, is required, as most of our clients are in Italy. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, would also be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer contract reviews, audit reports, and certification records in line with accreditation requirements and internal procedures.
- Maintain compliance documentation, operational records, registers, and certification databases.
- Provide administrative and technical support to auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor workflow deadlines and assist with the preparation of management reports and accreditation submissions.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and changes to certification schemes and services.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
About You
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM/business systems.
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 would be advantageous.
- English language skills would also be beneficial.
