CRM Operations Manager

We’re looking for a CRM Operations Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and help drive CRM excellence across a growing international business.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll be responsible for CRM governance, platform optimisation, data quality, integrations and user adoption, ensuring HubSpot remains the trusted source of customer and commercial data across the Group.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and develop the HubSpot roadmap, platform governance and CRM architecture.
  • Maintain CRM data quality through effective governance, cleansing and optimisation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability and reporting from within Hubspot
  • Manage HubSpot administration, permissions, configuration and user support.
  • Own integrations between HubSpot and key business systems.
  • Support CRM migrations and onboarding for acquired businesses.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that Hubspot and other revenue technology is set up appropriately to support commercial growth
  • Develop reporting and insights that support business performance and decision-making.
  • Drive CRM adoption and best practice across Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams.

 

About You

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM governance, architecture and data management.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, optimisation and improvement projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical HubSpot concepts for non-technical audiences and manage stakeholder requests to deliver the best outcome for the business
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, territories and business functions.

Desirable:

  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Revenue Operations, CRM Operations or Sales Operations experience.
  • CRM migration or M&A integration experience.
  • Experience within multi-brand or international organisations.
