Governance Executive

  • Job title: Governance Executive
  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to our Kent office (once a quarter & ad hoc as required)
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience
  • Reporting to: Group Governance and Integrations Manager
  • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

 

Job Purpose: To assist the Governance Team in maintaining Amtivo’s Management System.

 

Accountabilities:

Primary:

  • Co-ordination of the business witness assessment program, supporting its successful delivery, including supporting information for submission to the regulators.
  • Co-ordination of the Internal and External Non-conformances and Corrective Actions, ensuring timely responses in line with deadlines. This shall include liaising with the relevant personnel to attain sufficient closure in the appropriate format.
  • Manage Document Control to ensure the flow of information throughout the business is effective, including communication of changes and co-ordination of ongoing document reviews.
  • Provide appropriate reports and performance statistics on governance-related management information, as required by the Head of Governance.
  • Support the Head of Governance and wider global Governance team.

Secondary:

  • Support the Governance Team in the preparation of the regulator’s annual visit, ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently and meets business and regulatory requirements, including preparation of information and planning arrangements.
  • Support with global Governance functions such as coordinating complaints, appeals, misuse cases and action logs.

 

Success Criteria:

  • Amtivo is ahead of the game with regard to being able to provide certification services required by the customers in its target markets.
  • Best-in-class supporting materials, resources and guidance for all auditors who deliver audits on behalf of Amtivo.
  • Effective communication with all internal interested parties on compliance process change.

 

Context:

  • The Group Governance Executive is primarily accountable for:
    • Supporting the Governance Team in ensuring the Amtivo Management System is compliant and effective in its delivery.

 

About You:

  • High-level behavioural indicators
  • Highly organised and methodical with great attention to detail.
  • Seeks clarification of needs and requirements where they are unclear, and it is important that the needs/requirements are satisfied accurately and in full.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Collaborates across the organisation, breaking down barriers, and encouraging effective teamwork.
  • Anticipates the needs of colleagues and clients and proactively takes considerate action to help and support.
  • Experience utilising Microsoft.
  • SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI is advantageous.
  • It would help if you have experience in a similar industry.
