We’re looking for a Group Prospect Content Manager to lead the creation of high‑performing content that drives demand, organic acquisition and lead generation across our global markets.
About The Role:
As part of our New Business Squad, you’ll own the development of content designed to attract, educate and convert prospects. You’ll work closely with SEO, Paid Acquisition and Email Automation specialists to ensure content supports search visibility, campaign performance and prospect nurture journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strong editorial skills with a performance mindset and a deep understanding of SEO and search intent.
What You’ll Do:
- Create high‑quality content that attracts and converts new prospects
- Produce articles, guides, landing pages and campaign assets
- Develop SEO‑driven content aligned to search demand and entity‑based search principles
- Support paid campaigns, email journeys and lead generation activity
- Identify seasonal, regulatory and market‑driven content opportunities
- Maintain a content roadmap aligned to commercial priorities
- Monitor performance and optimise content for engagement and conversion
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in content marketing with a focus on performance and lead generation
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, able to simplify complex topics
- Solid understanding of SEO, search intent and entity‑based search
- Experience collaborating with acquisition teams (SEO, paid, email)
- Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in compliance, certification or regulated industries
- Creating landing pages, guides or lead magnets
- Supporting webinars or thought leadership content
- Using HubSpot, GA4, Looker or SEO tools
- Working across multiple territories
