Amtivo Group is a global leader in certification, inspection and training services, supporting national and local government bodies, multinationals, enterprise organisations and SMEs in more than 40 countries. Our mission is to make governance, compliance and inspection a positive, valuable experience — helping organisations reach their full potential through confidence, assurance and exceptional expertise.
We’re now looking for a Group Partner Marketing Manager to help activate and grow our partner ecosystem, driving partner-led demand generation and commercial impact across multiple markets.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, delivering and optimising partner marketing programmes that engage partners, generate opportunities and drive commercial growth.
Working closely with Sales Partner Leads, Territory Marketing Managers and central marketing teams, you’ll design scalable initiatives — from campaigns and webinars to events, newsletters and enablement resources — that can be deployed across global territories.
You’ll also shape a structured partner lifecycle approach, guiding partners from onboarding through activation, re-engagement and long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner Marketing Programmes
- Create and deliver partner-focused campaigns, events, webinars and co-marketing initiatives.
- Develop scalable frameworks and toolkits to support local market activation.
- Ensure activity aligns with commercial priorities and partner ecosystem strategy.
Partner Lifecycle & Nurture
- Build structured partner journeys covering onboarding, activation, re-engagement and progression.
- Develop partner newsletters, invitations and engagement streams.
- Identify and re-engage inactive partners to stimulate pipeline contribution.
Partner Campaign Enablement
- Produce toolkits, co-branded assets, messaging guides and campaign materials.
- Repurpose existing content into partner-ready formats.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams.
Territory Activation
- Enable Territory Marketing Managers to deliver partner activity locally.
- Provide guidance, messaging and asset support across all markets.
- Review and approve local partner marketing plans.
Sales & Partner Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales Partner Leads to ensure marketing aligns with commercial priorities.
- Support partner-led campaigns, events and commercial activity.
Partner Communications
- Develop targeted communication streams to keep partners informed and engaged.
- Maintain consistent, coordinated communication across the ecosystem.
Performance & Insight
- Track engagement, campaign performance and partner-led pipeline.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
About You:
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A partner, channel or B2B marketer with a strong focus on sales enablement.
- Experienced in working with commercial teams across multiple territories and collaborating with global, cross-regional teams.
- Skilled in creating compelling marketing and enablement content.
- Highly organised, commercially minded and delivery focused.
- Confident in managing stakeholders and influencing without authority within a matrix team structure.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently across a matrix organisation, balancing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Creative, adaptable and data-driven, with a test and learn mindset.
- Experience with HubSpot, CRM/automation tools, webinars/events, international environments, or regulated sectors will be a plus.
What We Offer:
- Skills development and wide-ranging project exposure
- Opportunities to work across multiple brands, products and countries
- A supportive, friendly team environment
- A dynamic, innovative, forward-thinking organisation
- Hybrid working with flexibility
