Job Title: ISO Management Systems Lead Auditor
Location: This role is based in Dublin, Ireland
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Field-Based + Remote
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000

The company currently performs thousands of assessments internationally on an annual basis. Clients range from micro enterprise to multinationals and include Government Departments, State Bodies and private organisations.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for more Lead Auditors across ISMS, QMS, EMS & HSMS
Responsibilities:
- Provide independent, objective assessments to evaluate whether a client’s management systems complies with relevant ISO Standards
- Assess client controls for design and effectiveness and, at the conclusion of the assessment, provide evidence-based finding to the client
- Provide detailed assessment reports following each client assessment
- Follow up on all findings of nonconformity to ensure that appropriate corrective action plans have been implemented
- Follow up on clients’ queries in a timely manner
- Be responsible for diary management and administration duties associated with the role
- Exercise professionalism, discretion and integrity in all dealings with clients

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across the UK, delivering high-quality certification audits and helping them build safer, stronger, and more resilient management systems. This is a field-based role involving site audits, remote report writing, and flexible home working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct and report on audits against ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001
- Deliver professional, risk-based assessments that add real value to our clients
- Lead opening and closing meetings, clearly communicating audit processes and findings
- Prepare accurate, concise audit reports with clear recommendations
- Build strong working relationships with clients across a variety of sectors
- Stay up to date with relevant ISO standards, auditing practices, and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
- Strong industry specific knowledge and hands-on experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage primarily regional travel with occasional national travel when required
- Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel (overnight stays may be required)
Desirable:
- Internal or Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 or ISO 50001
- Experience conducting or managing ISO audits
- Understanding of INAB or certification body requirements
- A Degree/BA or equivalent qualification or experience
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification with at least 2 years’ experience general health and safety work experience
