You’ll help make sure certification decisions are accurate, impartial and evidence-based, protecting the integrity of our accredited certification across Italy and Southern Europe. You’ll work closely with auditors, technical specialists and compliance colleagues. With structured training and mentoring, you’ll progress towards full technical reviewer and certification decision-maker authorisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carry out independent technical reviews of audit files within your authorised scope.
  • Review certification and audit documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Support certification decisions, making sure every decision is evidence-based and fully documented.
  • Work with auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and gather extra information where needed.
  • Process contract reviews, audit reports and certification records, and keep compliance registers and documentation up to date.
  • Support accreditation readiness through accurate data management and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across compliance processes and systems.
  • Take part in ongoing training, steadily expanding your technical knowledge and authorisation levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgement and a logical, evidence-based approach to decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The confidence to ask questions, challenge information constructively and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn in a technical environment.

You may currently work in compliance administration, quality assurance, certification or technical administration, regulatory affairs, audit coordination, business operations or quality management systems.

These would be an advantage, but are not essential:

  • Experience in a certification, auditing, compliance or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of ISO management system standards.
  • An understanding of accreditation requirements or certification processes.
  • Experience with CRM, workflow or compliance management systems.

Why Join Amtivo?

  • Structured training and development from experienced compliance professionals.
  • A clear path to full technical reviewer and certification decision-maker authorisation.
  • Exposure to internationally recognised management system standards and accreditation frameworks.
