- Role: NetSuite Finance Systems Manager
- Location: UK – Ideally within a reasonable commute to Kent or London
- Travel: Occasional travel to Kent & London offices (a few days per month)
- Reporting to: Group Finance Director
- Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 DOE
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to take ownership of our Group finance systems and play a key role in supporting our continued growth. With NetSuite at the heart of our finance landscape, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and optimised to support accurate reporting, efficient processes, and seamless integration of acquired businesses.
Working closely with Group Finance, local finance teams, IT, and external partners, you’ll drive continuous improvement, automation, and system-led transformation across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Finance systems ownership
- Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for NetSuite, managing configuration, users, roles, workflows, and controls
- Maintain and optimise integrations with other systems (e.g. CRM, billing, expenses, payroll)
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and platform reliability
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
Process improvement & automation
- Identify and deliver opportunities to streamline and standardise finance processes across the Group
- Lead system-enabled improvements across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and financial close
- Reduce manual effort through automation, reporting enhancements, and smart system configuration
- Build scalable processes to support a fast-growing business
Acquisitions & integration
- Lead the finance systems integration of newly acquired businesses
- Manage data migrations, chart of accounts alignment, and system set-up
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of post-acquisition financial data
Reporting, controls & data
- Support statutory, management, and board reporting through effective system design
- Develop system-based reports and dashboards for Group-wide use
- Ensure strong controls, audit trails, and compliance with accounting and internal control standards
- Support internal and external audit activity relating to systems
Stakeholder support & training
- Act as a key point of contact for finance system queries across the Group
- Deliver training and guidance to improve user adoption and capability
- Translate business and finance requirements into practical system solutions
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong hands-on experience supporting NetSuite in a finance environment
- Background in finance systems, systems accounting, or financial transformation roles
- Strong interest and experience using technology and AI to drive efficiency in fast-growing groups
- Solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
- Proven experience delivering process improvement and system-led change
- Experience with system integrations and/or data migrations
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first role
Desirable
- Experience in integrating acquired businesses into Group finance systems
- Background in multi-entity and/or international environments, including multi-currency
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, or finance system integrations
- Experience with additional finance tools (FP&A, consolidation, expenses, etc.)
- Project management or multi-stakeholder delivery experience
- Accounting qualification or part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
