Job Title: People Team Business Partner  
Location: Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

We’re now looking for a People Team Business Partner to support the delivery of our Group People Strategy across our international operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with colleagues across multiple time zones, building strong relationships, and occasionally flexing their working hours to support the needs of a global function.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with teams across the Group to implement and support its global people strategy and initiatives. Driving engagement through collaboration and process improvement; embracing new tools and technologies that drive positive ways of working for Amtivo and its People.

Resourcing & Onboarding

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Leaders across the business to develop consistent and engaging onboarding processes and induction plans.

Strategic People Planning

  • Be a key partner, liaising between the Group People Team and regional teams, feeding into planning and supporting changes to operational plans.
  • Support and maintain the development and effective implementation of compliant HR policies aligned with local laws and business needs.

Employee Relations & Support

  • As a trusted advisor, offer guidance and support to team leads on ER matters including, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and flexible working requests ensuring alignment with Group procedures, local legislation and business needs.
  • Handle employee queries in confidence, and with professionalism, identifying and escalating recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Oversee payroll data processes using the Group HRIS; collaborating with the Payroll Manager and Finance team, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
  • Keep updated on relevant employment legislation applicable to regions, using external resources and experts to ensure Group compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date contractor and employee records across regions.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in an HR-focused role, ideally in a business partnering capacity.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification.
  • Experience working across multiple regions (UK and international exposure desirable).
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across time zones, with some flexibility in working hours when needed.
  • A values-led mindset — someone who acts with integrity, resilience and communicates openly.
