- Job Title: Recycling Coordinator / Specialist
- Location: US, Denver – hybrid working arrangement after completion of probation period
- Reporting to: Certification Scheme Manager (Recycling Lead)
- Salary: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recycling Coordinator / Specialist to join our Compliance Recycling team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient administration, monitoring, and reporting of recycling schemes, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting planning activities, and helping to ensure all recycling processes are delivered in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & administration
- Maintain organized files, records, and recycling logs to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support planning activities and coordinate recycling team agendas
Resourcing & support
- Assist in the production and distribution of data reports
- Support account management activities, including:
- Uploading and verifying client documentation and certificates
- Tracking certification status via IAF systems
- Provide administrative support across the Compliance team as required
Delivery & coordination
- Monitor scheme performance, gather feedback, and ensure timely responses
- Track and manage recycling concerns, violations, appeals, and complaints
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and manage:
- Transfers, suspensions, withdrawals, and notifications
- Open NCRs and outstanding reports
- Run and analyse reports, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Issue approved certificates and send status updates
- Monitor SERI notifications and license status
- Redirect communications to appropriate teams where necessary
Reporting
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the Certification Scheme Manager and leadership team
- Report on recycling scheme performance and results

Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma
- Preferred: Associate degree
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles
