Job Title: Technical Certification Officer
Location: Hybrid working (2/3 days in our Malta office, Tower Business Centre, Swatar)
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: €27,000 + benefits
This purpose of this role is to provide support to the sales & audit process reporting to the Certification Operations Manager. It would be an advantage to have a basic knowledge of ISO, however full training will be provided .
Fluency in Italian language, both written and spoken is required , as most of our clients are in Italy. Fluency in English, both written and spoken would also be an advantage.

Competencies:
- Technical support in sales process
- Support in audits activity planning
- Audits documentation review
- Remote support to auditors
- Support to maintain the accreditation in compliance with ISO/IEC 17021
- Document preparation and review (certificates preparation included)
Experience & Qualifications:
- A technical background (University Degree in Engineering or science or technology is preferable).
- Good personal attitude and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, sometimes under pressure, and attitude to problem solving.
- Good familiarity with PC use, MS software and CRM tools.
- It would be advantageous to have a knowledge of company management system standards/normative documents: ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001(knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 37001, 19011 and other MS is appreciated).
- Fluency in Italian language, both written and spoken is necessary.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken would be advantageous.
