Role: Transformation Manager
Location: Milan, Italy – Hybrid to Milan office (with regional scope across Southern Europe)
Company: Amtivo Group
Salary: DOE + OTE
About Amtivo
Amtivo is a global certification and compliance business with a strong and growing presence in Italy and across Southern Europe. We help organisations demonstrate trust, meet recognised standards, and continually improve. Our ambition is to build scalable, high‑performing businesses – grounded in strong processes, smart technology, and teams who care.
People sit at the heart of our success. We invest in development, empower ownership, and create an environment where talented individuals can do their best work and grow with us.
About the Role
We’re seeking a high‑energy, experienced Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing our Italian acquisitions together and accelerating the next phase of growth across Italy and Southern Europe.
You’ll sit at the centre of the integration and transformation agenda – working closely with the Italy & Southern Europe Country Leader, the Chief Transformation Officer (CTxO), the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and their teams – to turn strategy into execution.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with real breadth: shaping integration plans, building the operating rhythm to deliver them, and project‑managing cross‑functional work across operations, sales and marketing. You’ll need to be equally comfortable diving into detail at pace and stepping back to drive clarity, alignment and momentum at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration support: Contribute to post‑merger integration efforts, helping to establish a combined organisation quickly and effectively to meet ambitious growth targets.
- Operational integration: Drive the integration of acquired entities into the Amtivo operating model by harmonising core processes, structures and ways of working. Identify operational gearing opportunities through simplification, resource pooling and removal of duplication. Align reporting, KPIs and management information into a unified country view that supports synergy capture and scalable operations.
- Commercial integration: Project‑manage the integration of the commercial organisation across territory planning, sales playbooks, training, cross‑sell, compensation plans and performance management – working closely with the CCO and RevOps.
- Marketing integration: Support and coordinate integration of the marketing organisation, with a focus on channel mix, demand generation and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Executive support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader – supporting decision‑making and helping to integrate people, culture, processes and systems.
- Cross‑functional leadership: Create alignment across sales, marketing, service delivery and other functions to deliver the integration plan. Act as a connector between teams, facilitating clear communication and removing blockers. Lead cross‑functional initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Transformation delivery: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve execution, and increase efficiency, innovation and competitiveness; lead initiatives from design through to delivery.
- Stakeholder management: Serve as a communication bridge between executives, teams and external partners to minimise disruption and maximise synergies, ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the integration.
Reporting Line
You will report directly to the Italy & Southern Europe Country Leader, with a dotted line to the Chief Transformation Officer.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, followed by industry experience (ideally in a PE‑backed environment).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience building relationships with senior functional leaders in a global context.
- Proven experience in post‑merger integration and in sales and marketing‑related initiatives, with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Genuine interest in PE‑backed businesses, with an appetite for growth, pace and meaningful change.
- Analytical, results‑oriented and highly collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
