Amtivo Expands Italian Operations with Acquisition of ERGO
Amtivo Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of ERGO Società di Certificazione e Validazione SRL (“ERGO”), a well-respected Italian certification and inspection body. The acquisition was completed on 31 March 2025 and significantly strengthens Amtivo’s footprint in the Italian market.
Based in Reggio Calabira, ERGO is accredited by Accredia for the ISO 9001 standard and for the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Practice and has built a strong reputation for professionalism and service quality, offering certification services to clients across a wide range of industries. The acquisition marks a key milestone in Amtivo’s European growth strategy, enhancing the Group’s scale and service capabilities in Italy, one of its most important regional markets.

ERGO is an accredited inspection body under ISO 17020, and its Inspection Services for the verification of projects in the construction sector (Art. 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016) is a valuable addition to Amtivo’s range of services, which will directly benefit Amtivo’s existing client base.
