Amtivo Appoints Randy Daugharthy as President of U.S. Operations

Amtivo has announced the appointment of Randy Daugharthy as President of its U.S. operations, effective immediately. Randy will also join the Amtivo Executive Team, underlining the strategic importance of the United States to the Group’s continued growth.

Randy brings more than 25 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector. He joins Amtivo from Performance Review Institute (PRI), where, as Managing Director, he grew the certification business from $3 million to $21 million through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Bureau Veritas, including President and CEO of the certification business in North America.

The appointment follows the successful acquisition and integration of several certification businesses across the United States. These businesses now operate as Amtivo, creating a strong national platform that combines local expertise with the scale, systems and investment of a global group.

Randy succeeds Nick Wright, who relocated from the UK to lead the U.S. businesses through a significant period of transition and growth. Nick will continue as Chief Integration Officer, working closely with Randy to support onboarding and the continued integration and development of Amtivo’s U.S. operations.
