Business Development Representative

About the Role

Amtivo USA is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, marketing lead follow-up, and customer account development. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in building pipeline, and supporting revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.
  • Develop existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional certification, compliance, and training services.
  • Nurture marketing-engaged prospects and qualify inbound leads.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support webinar and event initiatives through registration outreach and post-event follow-up.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Achieve agreed targets for activity, pipeline generation, and qualified opportunities.

 

About You

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in business development, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or outbound prospecting.
  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident conducting high-volume outbound prospecting activities.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience within certification, compliance, or professional services would be advantageous.
