The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Italy) to lead the activation and localisation of centrally developed marketing programmes within the Italian market, while also delivering territory-specific initiatives that support local commercial priorities.
Working closely with the Regional General Manager, Sales leadership, and central marketing teams, you will act as the vital link between global marketing strategy and local execution. You’ll bring strong local market insight, ensure campaigns resonate with Italian audiences, and help drive pipeline growth through effective campaign, partner and event activity.
This role requires fluency in Italian and English, including the ability to translate and adapt marketing content from English to Italian.
Key Responsibilities
Territory marketing strategy & planning
- Develop and manage a quarterly marketing roadmap for Italy, aligned with central campaigns and local priorities
- Ensure marketing activity supports pipeline generation, partner engagement and revenue growth
- Provide local market insight and performance feedback to central marketing teams
Campaign activation & localisation
- Activate centrally developed campaigns within the Italian market
- Adapt messaging to suit local sectors, partners and market context while maintaining brand consistency
- Extend campaign reach through partner networks, events and sales collaboration
- Communications & Digital Promotion
- Deliver territory-specific communications such as event and webinar promotions
- Promote campaigns and initiatives via approved digital and social channels
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand standards and contact governance
Partner marketing
- Activate partner marketing programmes in collaboration with central teams
- Support partner-led campaigns, webinars and events to drive engagement and pipeline
- Events & Local Initiatives
- Coordinate events, webinars, trade shows and sponsorships aligned to territory goals
- Ensure local initiatives amplify central and partner marketing programmes
Sales alignment & performance reporting
- Work closely with sales teams to support opportunity development and lead follow-up
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution and engagement
- Present insights at Monthly Business Reviews and leadership meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services or regulated industries
- Experience delivering campaigns, events and/or partner marketing initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix organisation
- Highly organised with strong project coordination capabilities
- Experience supporting sales teams and contributing to pipeline growth
