The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Lead to spearhead our strategic partnership initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategies to foster collaborations with ISO consultants and external software partners, driving growth and creating a robust pipeline of ISO leads.

Partnerships Lead Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract ISO consultants to collaborate with Amtivo Group.
- Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities with software companies and relevant businesses to ensure a steady flow of ISO leads.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ISO consultants, external software partners, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering alignment with mutual goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and execute partnership initiatives seamlessly.
Performance Monitoring
- Establish and track KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness, reporting regularly on progress.
- Use insights and data to refine strategies, ensuring continual improvement and success.
Market Engagement
- Represent Amtivo Group at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify growth avenues.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align partnership activities with business objectives.
- Share partner feedback to inform product development and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or related fields, ideally within ISO consultancy or compliance.
- Strong network within the ISO consultant and/or software provider community is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
