Amtivo is experiencing rapid growth in demand for its auditing services. As a result, the company is recruiting Auditors to join its busy ISO Field Audit Team, in a variety of locations. While experience in auditing ISO standards is beneficial, it is not an essential requirement. Applications will be welcomed from candidates with varied backgrounds and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You should have a passion for personal growth and development.
Scope of role
The role of an Auditor is to perform supplier audits for SMEs and large organisations within the designated region. This will be based on proven competency and allocated once any additional or appropriate training has been completed. The Auditor is responsible for the documenting and completion of analytical reports, summarising results of the audit within the client’s business. The role directly reports to the Chief Service Delivery Officer where appropriate. The Auditor works closely with the Compliance Team in order to meet ANAB certification body’s stringent expectations and requirements.
Auditing
- To observe or conduct audits under supervision until such times as the necessary competency has been achieved and sector (EA) codes allocated
- To determine the conformity or nonconformity of the management system elements with specified requirements
- To evaluate the capability of a management system to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- To determine the effectiveness of the implemented management system in meeting specified objectives
- To identify areas for potential improvement of the management system
- Plan the Audit and make effective use of the resources
- Conduct the opening and closing meetings
- Provide communication with the auditee
- Prevent and resolve conflicts
- Prepare and complete the audit report.
Personal specifications
Essential requirements
- IRCA or equivalent qualification in AS9100
- Previous auditing experience
- On the tools industry knowledge and experience in Aerospace industry
- Experience in audit, control testing, control and risk identification, or audit analysis
- Varied industry experience
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong eye for detail and analysis
- Ability to successfully build and manage professional stakeholder relationships at a variety of levels
- Valid, clean driving license with the ability to travel extensively.
Desirable requirements
- A Degree / BA or equivalent qualification / experience
- AS9100, AS9110, AS9120 – either AEA or close to being signed off/capable of becoming AEA (ideally passed the AATT industry exams)
- Relevant professional certification – Lead Auditor course. (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301, 13584)
- NEBOSH/IOSH
- Senior management experience / directorship in a commercial industry.

- Base salary of $90-$110k depending on level of experience/sign off
