Job Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content & Digital PR Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the group marketing function by creating, optimising, and distributing high-quality content in various formats—such as articles, blogs, case studies, infographics, and sales collateral—for a range of business purposes, including brand building, lead generation, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will support marketing campaigns and ad hoc initiatives, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and contributes to the overall success of our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive traffic, enhance engagement, and secure relevant media coverage to boost our digital presence and rankings.

Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a content plan aligned with brand objectives and campaigns, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, CRO, email comms) to identify content needs and opportunities.
  • Proactively research competitor content strategies to ensure we stay ahead in content quality and innovation.
  • Identify untapped third-party opportunities (e.g., Reddit, Quora, Chambers of Commerce) to expand reach.

Delivering:

  • Create engaging content in various suitable formats, such as blogs, case studies, testimonials, infographics, quizzes, and social media posts.
  • Work with our in-house designer to produce visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage internal experts and external partnerships to produce authoritative, high-value content.
  • Liaise with clients and account managers to secure testimonials and develop compelling case studies.
  • Collaborate with Submerge, our digital marketing agency, to drive PR opportunities and secure quality media coverage and backlinks.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure high-quality output tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Consider commissioned research ideas. Transform findings into compelling, data-driven content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

Reporting:

  • Support the Creative and Content Manager and Digital Marketing Agency in monitoring and evaluating the performance of content and PR efforts using key metrics, including engagement, traffic, and backlink quality.
  • Seek approval from the Content & Creative Manager for all content pieces and PR initiatives.
  • Share insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date central content plans for transparency and tracking.

Resourcing:

  • Partner with the Creative and Content Manager to ensure adequate resources are allocated for both campaigns and BAU activities, maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify client pain points and create targeted content that addresses their needs, removes purchase barriers, and supports the sales process with impactful tools and resources.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to guarantee all content is technically accurate, enhancing Amtivo’s reputation as a trusted and authoritative source in the certification industry.

Success Criteria:

  • Supporting the Content & Creative Manager in delivering increased brand visibility and authority through high-quality, engaging content.
  • Securing media coverage and quality backlinks from authoritative outlets.
  • Positive client feedback on case studies and testimonials.
  • Achieving campaign objectives, including improved traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Maintaining consistent and on-brand communication across all platforms.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to explore new content strategies.
  • Knowledge of branding and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
