The Role:

To lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across Amtivo’s brands and services, ensuring impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand growth.

Accountabilities:

Planning and Co-ordination

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive campaigns strategy aligned with Amtivo’s marketing objectives and overall business goals.
  • Maintain a detailed campaign calendar, ensuring clear alignment with business priorities and market needs.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.

Execution and Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, content creation, and execution across channels such as email, social media, paid media, and events.
  • Work with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content and materials, collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Performance and Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for refinement.
  • Use data-driven approaches to optimise campaign strategies and maximise ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with local market dynamics.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure campaigns effectively communicate the value of Amtivo’s offerings.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.

Personal and Team Development

  • Promote a culture of performance, creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging marketing trends and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in campaign management, preferably within an agency, multi-brand or international organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, print, and events.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance data and using insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Social Media, and analytics tools.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) sector.
  • Experience promoting Software-as-a-Service products.
