Overview of the Role:
As a Technical Administrator, you will ensure that detailed and accurate audit reports are generated following the audit process. You will support the Technical Manager and the wider technical team in various functions, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial report checks on audit reports to ensure accuracy, correct spelling, and proper grammar.
- Assist with the ongoing review and competence of personnel, including verifying the accuracy of witness audit reports.
- Ensure client corrective actions are submitted and reviewed by the auditor within the required timescales, and accurately populated within reports.
- Guarantee all reports are completed and returned within the specified timelines set by the relevant scheme owner.
- Support client coordinators with report population and technical queries.
- Train to upload reports to the BRCGS Directory, acting as the designated deputy for business operations.
- Review and implement new and revised audit reports from the scheme owner.
- Distribute newly published documents, standards, and requirements to relevant internal and external parties as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Complete application reviews in line with scheme requirements.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Perform other tasks as required and requested.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an administrative position.
- A technical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- High level of literacy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of BRCGS standards would be extremely advantageous.
