As an ANAB-accredited certification body, Amtivo enables organisations to demonstrate their commitment to excellence through certifications which verify their ability to operate in accordance with internationally recognised standards, such as ISO9001 Quality Management, AS9100 for the Aerospace industry and R2V3 for the Recycling industry.

Amtivo is based in Arvada which is located in Denver, Colorado.

Role Overview

Having recently joined Amtivo Group in 2022, Amtivo is one of the first North American certification bodies to provide Global Wind Organization (GWO) Certification, a process that certifies a training provider to conduct safety training and emergency procedures in accordance with GWO standards. An increase in demand for this service means we are now recruiting GWO Contract Auditors in a variety of locations.

Job Purpose

As part of the Contract Audit Team, you will be thoroughly trained in a wide range of safety hazards in the wind turbine industry, supporting the execution of both initial and annual continued GWO audits on clients’ premises, ensuring formal safety training meets the objectives of the GWO program.

Core Responsibilities

  • Auditing the client training processes and procedures ensuring they conform to GWO standards and requirements.
  • Producing audit reports in a timely and efficient manner in line with business KPIs.
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, always maintaining professionalism.
  • Upholding our high standards and values, and the Customer First policy.
  • Commit to continuous professional development.

Skills and Experience

  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor with the ability to qualify for training; IAF code 37.
  • ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor with the ability to qualify for training: IAF code 37.
  • Successful completion of GWO Auditor Qualification Training – desirable but not essential as Amtivo will sponsor the training.
  • Complete Amtivo auditor qualification training, observation and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Previous experience of auditing and/ or reviewing audit reports.
