When Is the Best Time To Transfer Certification Bodies?

A company can transfer their certificate at any time throughout the three-year life cycle of the ISO certification. However, we recommend contacting us at least three months before your certification expires.

What Are the Requirements To Transfer an ISO Certification to Amtivo?

The minimum requirement is that the existing certification is accredited through a recognised accreditation body (INAB, UKAS, ANAB etc). Some additional documentation, such as previous audit reports, will also need to be provided, but our Sales Team will be happy to discuss this with you.

Application for certification Transfer A member of our sales team will talk to you though the process
Issue & acceptance of ISO proposal of transfer The sales team will issue a proposal to transfer for your certification. When you are happy to proceed, the sales team will agree on a specific date to complete the transfer.
Pre-transfer documentation request Our team will be in touch to request some documentation for review.
Management system & documentation review Your assigned assessor will complete a review of the ISO documentation and system.
ISO certificate issued When the transfer assessment has been successfully completed, a new ISO certificate will be issued by Amtivo
