We’ve Rebranded to Amtivo

Following the merger of Certification Europe and EQA with Amtivo Group, we are delighted to have undergone a rebrand to represent Amtivo in Ireland.

The Amtivo brand was established in Ireland in July 2024 following the Group’s acquisition of two highly regarded Irish certification bodies, Certification Europe and EQA. The same Ireland-based teams you know and love from both organisations remain – they simply have a new identity as part of the Amtivo family.

Since it was founded in 1999, Certification Europe has developed into a highly respected player in the certification, inspection, and training markets, both locally and internationally. Their journey saw the opening of international offices in Japan, Italy, and the UK, and the launch of an inspection services division. Recognised for their exceptional workplace culture and customer service, they earned accolades such as the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award and recognition as a Great Place to Work for five consecutive years. Certification Europe always aimed to inspire and enable organisations to reach their full potential through strong client relationships, leveraging their sector-leading expertise. They pride themselves on delivering an unrivalled customer experience, driven by an exceptional team and global insights, and will continue to do so as part of the Amtivo group. 

Established in 1995, EQA has been a pioneer in providing impartial third-party certification for Management Systems. Over the years, they expanded their services to include the certification of Security Systems, specifically for Private Security Authority (PSA) licensing. Their core philosophy, centred on delivering personalised attention to all clients, ensured their clients received the highest standards of service. Accredited by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) for multiple certifications and approved by the Private Security Authority, EQA was renowned for its insightful auditing approach. Their diverse panel of auditors, equipped with extensive industry experience, ensured that every certification journey was both supportive and rigorous. Now, as a proud member of the Amtivo group, they leverage global insights to continually enhance best practices and innovate their services as part of a larger Ireland-based team, following their merger with Certification Europe.
