4.2 How is the new legal entity registered with the applicable national companies registration service, e.g. CRO in Ireland or Companies House in the UK?

Upload Certificate of Incorporation for all related companies (parent and child, former company name and new company name, as well as for mergers an official document (e.g., annual report, audited accounts, etc.) which show the link between the companies) to support the requested company name change or merger and any other evidence you wish to include.

4.3 Does the new legal entity have the same Significant Persons/Directors?

Note – in order for both/all companies to be referenced on the same ISO certificate, we are required to demonstrate from a corporate level that each have commonality, and this will be evidenced by official documentation lodged with your national company’s registration office.

4.4 Does the new legal entity share the same Business Management System as was assessed at your last assessment? (Are all the policies, procedures, rules, regulations and back-office systems consistent across both entities?

Note – if the companies have two different management systems, then we cannot list these under the same certificate.

4.5 Does the new legal entity have the same resources supporting the service activities or has the merger affected what resources were available?

As in, have the back-office support functions such as HR, finance, etc changed as well as the procurement policies and responsibilities?

4.6 Will the new legal entity provide the same services?

Please advise of the additional services that the new/additional company may provide as an extension/revision to scope may need to be considered.

5.1. A Certification Site Structure Form needs to be completed for your business detailing the activities and employee numbers (including subcontractors) for all locations included under your certification.

For additions please add NEW before the details, for removals please add REMOVE before the details and for moves please write MOVE before the new address.

Note: If this is a new location/office/warehouse then we will be required to audit this at the next assessment.
