The Gender Pay Gap Report 2025 for Amtivo in Ireland
Amtivo in Ireland’s 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report outlines our commitment to fairness, transparency and long-term progress in creating an inclusive workplace. The report confirms that men and women at Amtivo in Ireland are paid equally for the same roles; however, a gender pay gap exists due to the current structure of our workforce – with more women represented in lower-paid roles and more men in senior and higher-paid positions.
This year’s results show a mean hourly pay gap of 11.54% and a median gap of 10.86%, alongside bonus and benefit differences driven by differences in role distribution, rather than unequal pay. The report explains the factors influencing these figures and sets out the actions already underway to improve representation and access to opportunities at all levels.
We highlight the steps taken so far – including more inclusive recruitment practices, clearer progression pathways, and strengthened long-term development support – as well as our commitment to continual monitoring and annual reporting.
This report reflects our ambition to build a workplace where gender does not influence pay, progression or opportunity, and where every colleague can grow and thrive.
