Following the merger of Orion Registrar and American Systems Registrar (ASR) with Amtivo Group, we are delighted to have undergone a rebrand to represent Amtivo in North America.
Following Amtivo Group’s acquisition of highly regarded American certification bodies, Orion Registrar Inc. and Advantage International Registrar in November 2022, and then American Systems Registrar (ASR) in December 2023, Amtivo (USA), Inc. was established in North America in September 2024. Orion Registrar and Advantage International Registrar merged and then rebranded to Amtivo in September 2024 first. ASR then merged with Amtivo (USA), Inc. and rebranded in October 2024 to unify all of the American Amtivo group brands.
The same North American-based teams you know and love from all organisations remain – they simply have a new identity as part of the Amtivo family.
