Following the merger of Orion Registrar, American Systems Registrar (ASR) and CMA Quality International with Amtivo Group, we are delighted to have undergone a rebrand to represent Amtivo in North America.
Following Amtivo Group’s acquisition of highly regarded American certification bodies, Orion Registrar Inc. and Advantage International Registrar in November 2022, and then American Systems Registrar (ASR) in December 2023, Amtivo (USA), Inc. was established in North America in September 2024. Orion Registrar and Advantage International Registrar merged and then rebranded to Amtivo in September 2024 first. ASR then merged with Amtivo (USA), Inc. and rebranded in October 2024 to unify all of the American Amtivo group brands. In December 2024, CMA Quality International Inc. was rebranded and fully integrated into Amtivo, further strengthening the group’s presence in the certification industry.
The same North American-based teams you know and love from all organisations remain – they simply have a new identity as part of the Amtivo family.

Established in 1994, Orion Registrar is a leading provider of ANAB-accredited ISO certification and training, specializing in management system certification. With over 25 years of experience, Orion Registrar has a proven track record of providing expert guidance and support throughout the certification process. The team of experienced auditors and trainers provide expert guidance and support to help organizations achieve and maintain compliance with ISO and other industry standards. Orion Registrar also provides quality training services to assist clients with their journey to successful certification. Orion was rebranded and integrated into Amtivo in September 2024.
Founded in 2005, Advantage specialises in ANAB-accredited ISO and AS (Aerospace) standards. They provide quality management system assessment and registration services for ISO 9001, AS 9100 / AS 9120 and ISO 14001. Advantage meets and exceeds client expectations with a highly skilled and experienced team, providing technically proficient, professional lead auditors and audit teams backed by an organization dedicated to continual improvement. With trained, competent auditors, Advantage delivers ISO certification services which add real value for customers’ businesses. Advantage was rebranded and integrated into Amtivo in September 2024.
As a long-standing and highly reputable certification body founded in 1997, ASR established itself as a leader in providing quality assurance and compliance services. In addition to offering quality expertise and certification services for popular ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ASR has impressive capability in the automotive sector – offering IATF 16949 certification, as well as a wealth of expertise in aerospace. ASR’s goal is to make the entire certification process a positive experience for its valued clients. ASR was rebranded and integrated into Amtivo in Amtivo in October 2024.
Founded in 2017, CMA Quality International (CMA) is an ANSI-ASQ (ANAB)-accredited certification body specializing in quality management systems. The organization provides expert auditing and system certification services in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120 standards. CMA is committed to promoting quality, safety, efficiency, risk mitigation, and global regulatory compliance. Driven by values of creativity, commitment, and building lasting customer relationships, the company develops innovative solutions to help clients succeed in the global market and build consumer trust in their products and services. CMA Quality International became part of the Amtivo Group on September 24, 2024. CMA was rebranded and integrated into Amtivo in December 2024
