
Amtivo has named Randy Daugharthy as President of its U.S. operations, effective immediately. In this role, Randy will lead Amtivo in the U.S. and join the company’s Executive Team.
Randy joins Amtivo with more than 25 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Performance Review Institute (PRI), where he grew the certification business from $3 million to $21 million through organic growth and targeted acquisitions. He has also held senior leadership roles at Bureau Veritas, including serving as President and CEO of the certification business in North America.
The appointment follows the successful acquisition and integration of multiple certification businesses across the United States. These businesses now operate as Amtivo, forming a strong national platform that combines local expertise with the scale, systems, and investment of a global organization.
Randy takes over the President role from Nick Wright, who relocated from the UK to lead the U.S. businesses through a significant period of transition and growth. Nick will continue as Chief Integration Officer, working closely with Randy to support his onboarding and the ongoing integration and development of the U.S. businesses.
