No, our ISO software is cloud-based/online, so it does not require any local installation.

How will I know if Secure requires an update?

All Secure updates will be carried out by us, and we will notify system users when any significant enhancements have been made.

How many user licenses will I require for Secure?

We recommend that you have a user license for anybody who needs to carry out actions or view documents or processes within your system.

Do you include training to use Secure?

Our software is so user-friendly, that no training is required. However, should you want any guidance or support, detailed user guides are available within the system, as well as a tutorial video to get started. You can also contact our helpful support team via email at the click of a button.

Can the software support multi-factor authentication (MFA) or single sign-on (SSO)?

During your demonstration or trial, a member of our team will be pleased to talk through the options available to you. SSO is not currently available.

Can I access Secure on my mobile device?

Yes, with a working internet connection, you will be able to log in to the software.
