Amtivo Strengthens Technical Operations with the Appointment of Cristine Marion.
We have welcomed Cristine Marion as our new Director of Technical Operations, adding valuable expertise to our US technical leadership as we continue to grow our certification services and capabilities. Cristine has spent more than 20 years in the certification industry, and she brings a deep understanding of how certification bodies work, day to day.
Before joining us, Cristine built a long career at NQA, gaining hands-on experience across operational and technical functions on her way to becoming Operations Director. Most recently, she managed the journey of existing clients from renewals and service growth through to certificate issuance. That gave her first-hand knowledge of what makes certification work well for clients and auditors alike.

Cristine now leads our US technical team, working side by side with our program managers, auditors and compliance team. She’ll focus on auditor service delivery and operational compliance, making sure we keep meeting our business goals while staying in line with accreditation requirements. She’ll also support the development and mentoring of our auditor community and look for ways to simplify processes and build operations that can grow with us.
