Identify Gaps
Referred to as a “Stage One Audit”, our auditor will conduct an initial review of your management system to determine if the core requirements of the standard are being met and readiness to proceed to the Stage 2 audit.
In-Depth Review
When you are ready, an auditor will conduct a “Stage Two Audit” to establish if your organization meets the standard’s requirements. The Stage Two Audit usually takes place between 30-45 days after the Stage One Audit. The Stage 2 will evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of your QMS against the IATF 16949 standard, and our auditor will make a recommendation as to whether certification can be issued based on the audit outcomes.
Certification Issued
